Service Description

Hatha Flow Yoga Classes where we will put together a variety of Yoga Poses to enable us to move and breathe as we flow. Suitable for all. Minimum of 8 Students for Course to go ahead. Fees cannot be refunded unless the course is cancelled. NOTE - Over 16's only. This class involves movement so you should be able to get up and down from the floor
