Service Description

A Gentle Yoga Flow where we will put together a variety of Yoga Poses suitable for all Over 16's only. This class involves movement so you should be able to get up and down from the floor Minimum of 8 Students for the Course to go ahead Fees cannot be refunded unless the course is cancelled
