Service Description

Hatha Flow Yoga Classes where we will put together a variety of Yoga Poses to enable us to move and breathe as we flow. NOTE - Over 16's only. This class involves movement so you should be able to get up and down from the floor

All bookings are non-refundable Once a space has been reserved and payment has been made, it cannot be refunded Classes however can be transferred to another class within the Course/Block providing there is a space. Please always check there is a space at the class before arriving at class
