At 73 I truly believe that regular movement ensures you stay healthy, strong and pain free for the long term. Whatever your age, but certainly as we age it is something I instil in my Students, as YOU are way Stronger than you think and way more Capable than you ever imagined you would be

At the age of 69 I started practicing Handstands and Callisthenics to further my practice strength and health
